Features

The Horizontal High Temperature Vacuum Brazing Furnace is mainly composed of a vacuum chamber, a pump system, various control valves and a heat exchanger. Each valve is a pneumatic valve and is controlled by a PLC controlled pneumatic valve. The heating chamber is mainly composed of stainless steel heating chamber shell, stainless steel reflective screen, heater, ceramic insulator, water-cooled electrode, hearth, etc. It adopts a partition heater layout to make the temperature uniformity in the heating zone uniform.
